   For super cheap the Conair Instant Heat is ok. If you want to go up a bit in price try the HAI convertable flat iron (you can order it on folica.com for a good price, around 70 bucks or so). Both worked on my impossible hair but Hai works better of the 2.

   Edit – Conair instant heat then it's around 25 bucks at walmart. Also check out this one it's cheap but the reviews are better than most other cheaper irons.

   If you are willing to go up a tiny bit in price (8 bucks) get this one great reviews on it. Also if you sign up for folica they always have sales on so just wait for a free shipping sale or 20% off sale and they will email you a promo code and you can get it for less. I believe shipping is free right now on anything over 50 bucks.

   The fixtures (ugh) that you are installing are not typical of the time period of the house's construction. So why use them? Putting modern fixtures would be no more out of place than that salvaged, out of date, crap you have. Had they had modern fixtures then, they certainly would have used them.

   I would rip out the entire floor, put cleats on the joists and lay sub floor flush with the tops of the joists. Put tar paper down with expanded screen nailed over everything. Pour 1" of concrete and thin set the tiles on that base. That floor is many more times stable than using wonderboard. And yet won't be higher than the adjacent rooms.

   Haha okay. Put concealer on, use full coverage with your base or whatever, dust with powder, use the smallest amount of bronzer, then blush, plain eyes with eyeliner or brown with eyeliner I've noticed looks good, curl your lashes, two or three coats of mascara, then a pink lip stick or stain. Try to stick with the matte colors. But the blush with some shimmer looks great

   My Nikki blows coat like this from spring to late fall. I've given up brushing her and instead we play “pluck the puppy” and simply “pluck” the tufts out. She actually enjoys it when my daughter and I tag-team her. I can fill a pillow case in under 30 minutes every day.

   I just don't know where it keeps coming from! LOL
